Our client services team is here to help.
Every complaint reaches a real person on our client services team. We listen, investigate and respond. Most matters are resolved quickly. For anything more complex, we follow the formal process set out in our Complaint Handling Policy.

Our full Complaint Handling Policy sets out how we receive, investigate, escalate and respond to complaints, including timeframes and your right to refer a matter to the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles if you remain unsatisfied with our final response.
